In 2003 Barry Rush & Associates were engaged to design and document a new Seniors Living (Sepp SL) development at 85-87 Avalon Pde, Avalon.
The completed projct was fetured in Cumberland Newspaper/ Manly Daily September 1, 2007 edition.
